Version 1.9.0 is out! Introducing swap latency!

This version introduces a delay when swapping pages between RAM and disk, in order to make that aspect of the game more realistic. Swap latency is higher in harder difficulty modes, and can be customized in the "Custom" difficulty mode. Multiple swaps can be queued, and "swap-ins" are prioritized over "swap-outs".
